My fight with YELP continues...Don't trust Yelp for reviews they continue to extort our company by filtering out good reviews which also get copied and picked up by other sites like Yahoo. On September 2, 2014, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled that even if Yelp removes "positive reviews or writes negative reviews to pressure the companies to pay for advertising, [that is] at most, hard bargaining" and therefore perfectly legal.
If you want to see our companies good reviews go to the bottom of the fake bad review and select "4 other reviews that are not currently recommend" which in very light gray. Please visit our facebook page for up to date information.
